Why Are Workers Comp. Knee Replacements Routinely Denied When Due To Cumulative Injuries?
They blame it on Osteoarthritis even thought the Osteoarthritis was caused by numerous injuries not all of which can be documented over a long period of time- who reports every little tweek when lifting heavy items for many years? My claim is being denied when it is all but obvious that my knee replacement surgery became necessary after working 25 years in construction.
