My Partial Knee Replacement I Had 8 Weeks Ago Is Still Causing Considerable Pain On Walking.any Advice?
The operation seemed a success at first although i had difficulty with pain control. After three weeks the pain on walking got worse although the exrays did not show anythig wrong. I am now having to use crutches and a wheelchair as it is so bad.the surgeon is going to do an exploritory operation in a months time.As I have gone private I feel this is a long time to wait as apart from the pain I am woried about causing any more damage while using it. Has anyone any advice?

Why Is There Oozing At Certain Points At Incision After 7 Weeks Total Knee Replacement?
If you had total knee you probably are old and dont heal that goods. Maybe diabetes too that you dont even know bout. I would go to the ortho surgeion and demand money back or else sue.

I Had A Knee Replacement Op Two Weeks Ago How Long Will It Be Before I Can Reduce Taking Pain Killers?
If the knee replacement was 2 weeks ago you should be fully mobile. You should only need to occasionally take a mild painkiller such as paracetamol, perhaps at night or if you have had more exercise. Your new knee joint should also allow you a full range of movement. If you are still getting pain quite often or if your knee is not moving as it should you should go back to your doctor to get it checked over. Good luck.

Would It Help To Start Doing Stretching Exercises 2 Weeks Before Knee Replacement Surgery?
It sounds like stretching the muscles after surgery is a major concern. Would it help to get a head start on stretching? (My paramedic son said I’d lose any value gained from exercising after the surgery & would have to start from scratch anyway.)

Should Knee Have Fever (101f) 12 Weeks After Replacement Surgery?
I am post operative left knee replacement. I have fairly good range of motion,115 degrees, but the knee seems hot, it has a fever constantly of 101f. Is this normal or should I be concerned about infection? There is still some pain in the knee and it does not to seem to be sub-siding at all 1-10 rate 5 on pain scale. I have went the PT for 8 weeks and nobdy seems to be worried about it but me.
