My Partial Knee Replacement I Had 8 Weeks Ago Is Still Causing Considerable Pain On Walking.any Advice?
The operation seemed a success at first although i had difficulty with pain control.After three weeks the pain on walking got worse although the exrays did not show anythig wrong. I am now having to use crutches and a wheelchair as it is so bad.the surgeon is going to do an exploritory operation in a months time.As I have gone private I feel this is a long time to wait as apart from the pain I am woried about causing any more damage while using it. Has anyone any advice?
My Mom had to have hers redone twice it slips out of place if it is not done right and if and that is a big IF you do not stay off of it and take care of it like the doctor said. My Mom’s whatever that was they put in slipped down below her knee and it was about 3″ long and 1/2″ or so wide and very very hard. I would go back and right now. I wish you the best of luck.
