Is Knee Replacement Surgery Worth It?
How long does it take to totally recover? Any problems afterwards? Will I be able to run again?

Wow this is a tough one. I think I will resist any knee replacement option and I have two bad knees. I have seen too many very unsatisfied suffering recipients. Maybe the fix will get better in a few years. I would not worry about running. If you can walk well and painless after they get through with you that’s all it seems you can expect.
My mom had to get both replaced a couple years ago. It was six months or so before she could walk like normal, without a walker or cane.
Running, jumping, kneeling, are no-no’s.
I have knee problems. but dont think it’s worth it.
